Kroger Weekly Sales On Organic and Natural Items

A few things to remember about Kroger:

1. SOME KROGERS: You do NOT have to buy two items if they are BOGOF. Each item will ring up half price. So, you can buy just one. Not all Krogers follow this rule, so be sure to check with your local store.

2. Some Kroger stores offer $0.04 back per bag if you bring your own totes.

3. Most Kroger stores double coupons $0.50 or less. Some even double $0.55, so be sure to check with your local store on their policy.

4. Be sure to bring your coupon binder with you. I am always finding Manager's Specials throughout the store and get lots of free items this way! (Find out when you store marks down items. Ours marks down on Thursdays)

5. Kroger places some organic items in the natural foods section and places others in the regular foods section. So, be sure to check both places! (For example, organic milk is in the natural foods section EXCEPT for their brand of organic milk which is with the regular milk)

6. Sales and specials vary by region. Produce and meat vary GREATLY buy region. These are prices found in the Middle Tennessee area. Add your local store's sales below as well!

7. Some Kroger stores do accept competitor coupons. Check with your store for details. (Mine does not.)

8. Some Kroger stores are no longer accepting printed coupons from the internet. Be sure your store is still accepting them beforehand.

9. Some Krogers no longer allow stacking of coupons. Check with your local store.
