Healthy Meal Ideas

Best Way To Use The MONDAY MEAL PLANNER and PRINTABLE GROCERY LIST:

1. Print grocery list and cross off all items you already have in your pantry, freezer or fridge.

2. Determine how much of each item you will need to purchase for YOUR family. A family of 2 needs less than a family of 6!

3. Make substitutions to fit your family's likes, allergies, etc. e.g. substitute dairy for non-dairy or peaches for apples.

4. Be sure to check out the organic deals on FAMILY HEALTH AND NUTRITION each week to see what is on sale and stock-up on items used regularly or that can be frozen for later.
